Community
support

Whether you need food, hygiene products, clothing, affirming provider referrals, or other resources, Omaha ForUs is here to support you. If you’d like to donate to our community support programs, visit our ways to give page.

Pride pantry

We provide immediate, temporary assistance to qualifying individuals and families of our community who are experiencing food insecurity or are in need of personal care/hygiene products. Qualified individuals can easily select shelf-stable food items, condiments, hygiene products, and more from our pantry with few restrictions.

Contact or visit us during business hours for more information about accessing our pride pantry.

Clothing closet

Our clothing closet provides immediate, ongoing, no-cost assistance to people in need of apparel, undergarments, shoes, and accessories. Our social transition supply ordering program provides essential supplies by order to support personal expression.

Contact or visit us during business hours for more information about accessing our clothing closet.

Affirming provider referrals

Our team maintains a private referral list of affirming providers and professionals for programs, services, and care. Contact us for specific referrals or if you are a professional who wants to be added to this list.

We have on-site social work practicum interns who act as case managers at Omaha ForUs. They can connect individuals with state resources. If you are interested in starting case management at Omaha ForUs, set an appointment up by emailing bestlife@omahaforus.org.
