This Support Group is in partnership with PFLAG and is for parents, caregivers and other adult family members of any-aged LGBTQ+ identified folks (LGBTQ+ loved ones 19+ welcome too!)
Meet our Mental Health Therapist, CJ, and PFLAG’s Board Member, Lia, to gain perspective and support in relating to your LGBTQ+ loved one. Build community with other individuals and gain skills for coping, parenting, and supporting your loved ones.
This is a simultaneous Support Group with Proud Horizons, a Youth Support Group also hosted at Omaha ForUs during the same time! LGBTQ+ youth ages 13-18 are able to attend Proud Horizons while their family members attend this group.
